4. Pricing
Published prices are indicative for standard packages. Custom/eCommerce varies by scope. VAT added where shown.
5. Promotional pricing
Promotional prices must comply with applicable consumer pricing rules — legal review recommended before campaigns.
6. Contract formation
Contact form starts a discussion; contract forms on written acceptance of quote.
7. Domains
Customer may own domain; we can assist; renewal fees may be separate.
8. Hosting
Annual recurring service (150 RON/year as advertised), SSL and basic maintenance.
9. Packages
Standard, Standard + Admin, Custom, and Online Store scopes as quoted.
10. Intellectual property
Customer content remains customer responsibility. Aloop may retain rights to reusable components unless contract states otherwise — legal review recommended.
11. Payment
Payment terms vary by project; standard flow: final approval → invoice → payment → launch.
12. Liability
Limited to extent permitted by law. Third-party outages excluded.
13. Governing law
Romanian law applies.
